A Work in Progress
Take a look at this goober.
Alrighty I said I would do this, and I'm now working up the nerve to do so. Maybe in a few months I'll show the one year photog, but I wanted to compare my progress. Above is before below is after.
So back in October, I started taking after workout pics to chronicle this undertaking. I have lost 40 lbs since then. I actually can't believe it and there have been a few times when i felt like giving up. I've hit plateaus where nothing would happen, I've been sick so i'd stop working out, but somehow managed to get back into it. I've taken up the treadmill and have been more consistent with my run/walk. I have 20 more lbs to my goal weight, and from there i may shoot for more but we'll see. I'm starting to get comfortable in my skin again, but not comfortable enough to take off my shirt in public LOL
Oh and if you want to see all the pics, go here.
Jeez you look tired!

Song of the Day: Katy Perry - California Girls
Okay do I consider Katy Perry a guilty pleasure? This song is just so pop and summer-y and it makes me feel good. The video is so naughty and the snoop dogg cameo is great. Unfortunately, this song is gonna be a summer hit only. Oh well, gotta enjoy it while it's here right?

Song of the Day: Len - Steal my sunshine
Well I'm actually getting a little sun in Seattle, so figured this song was rather appropriate. It actually isstarting to feel like summer around here *knocks on wood*

Song of the Day: DJ Jazzy Jeff and the Fresh Prince - Summertime
Lets go old skool for this one.
Happy Summer Solstice! The longest day of the year. My only problem with the longest day... it's cloudy here in Seattle and cold, seems like my summer is coming a little late.
